Shipping information: 

• We are able to ship our products over the North and South islands of New Zealand, and also to rural addresses. 
• Shipping costs are specific to each individual product as it is dependent on weight. 
• Please contact our store via phone or email and we will be able to quote you an estimate price. 

Returns:

• Please do your best to ask all questions before purchasing our products so that we are confident that the item. supplied is the correct part for your vehicle.
• We aim to keep our customers satisfied with our services and products and will work with you to resolve any problems or issues. 

Warranty policy: 

• All products supplied by Electro Charge carry a 12 month or 20,000KM warranty, which ever occurs first. 
• We have the liability to repair, replace or credit for the value of our product sold if product is found defective. We will not be responsible beyond the value of the defective item, or resonsible for any damage or expenses caused by defective goods. 
• Electro Charge will not be liable to replace any part which has been altered, defaced, modified or treated in such a way we find unacceptable. 
• All products remain at our risk until dispatched to the customer from our workshop. From then on, responsiblity will immediately pass to the customer and the goods are at the customers risk whether or not delivery is made.
