Electro Charge Manufacturer warranty
1. All starter motors and alternators supplied by Electro charge carry a12 month or 20,000km warranty, whichever occurs !rst.
2. Electro Charge’s obligations are limited to reparation, replacementor credit for the value of the product/s sold within 12 months fromthe invoice date. If the product is found to be faulty, Electro Chargewill not take responsibility for any damage or costs caused bymalfunctioning goods.
3. Electro Charge will not be responsible to replace any part which hasbeen changed, dis!gured, modi!ed or used in a way the business!nds unacceptable.
4. It is the installer’s responsibility to ensure the correct part has beenproperly installed and is e'ective before discharging the vehiclefrom the workshop.
5. All products continue to be at Electro Charge’s risk until dispatchedto the customer from Electro Charge’s workshop, However, the titleand responsibility will immediately pass to the customer, andsubsequently, the goods are at the customer’s risk whether or notdelivery is made.
6. Any potential claims must be conversed, and action must be agreedwith Electro Charge before any further actions are implemented.Call 0272095915 !rst, quoting invoice number and purchase date.
7. Electro Charge will not take responsibility for actions instigated bycustomers regarding any potential claim without their prioragreement.Listed below are speci!c common starter motor failures that are nota manufacturing defect and are not covered under Electro Charge’swarranty policy: - Burnt out or hung up starters - Excessive cranking - Malicious destruction - Contamination- foreign liquids or substances having penetratedthrough the unit causing failure - Broken nose cones, brackets, pinions etc.- broken components onstarters are rarely caused by manufacturing defects - Generally, the cause of these structural failures is caused byengine back!re, crash starting or starter loose on mounting bolts
8. Once a starter or alternator has been supplied, Electro charge haveno further control over the installation, application and orcon!rmation of its performance.
